Take the M5 motorway to Junction 31 and follow the signs to Torquay.

After about 13 miles arrive at a large roundabout (Newton Abbot), take the 2nd exit (straight ahead), still signposted for Torquay.

Continue on this road (A380) passing through Kingskerwell. Turn right at the roundabout signposted for Paignton. Drive up the hill and continue to the 2nd roundabout and take the 1st exit onto Preston Down Road.

Follow Preston Down Road all the way into Paignton. At the trafiic lights, continue ahead and follow the road round to the right after the railway bridge. This is now the coast road that leads to Paignton Green. Drive along the seafront with the sea on your left, past the cinema and turn right at a mini roundabout.

Drive along this road, over a mini roundabout and then turn left at the next roundabout. Follow this road through one set of traffic lights and as you enter Goodrington you will pass on the left a row of shops and a petrol garage on the right. Once past the shops, take the first right into Goodrington Road. Take the first right which is signposted for Hobourne caravan park into Grange Road. Then continue along this road without turning off all the way to reception at Hobourne.
